Villa Mattutina is an oasis of peace with a garden full of flowers and trees. Our villa has an elegant entrance with wrought-iron railings, absolutely typical of Art Nouveau. Included in our accommodation is a spacious outdoor terrace that servers as a breakfast and dining area in the summer and spring, or as a place where guests can rest out of the sun's glare.
Large, comfortable ground-floor rooms
Guests at Villa Mattutina should be aware that there are up to two parking spaces inside the garden. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink and dishwasher. On the same floor are the dining room, study, living room with two sofa beds and bathroom.
Inside the villa and some of the first-floor comforts
On its first floor our Venetian villa has two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one an en suite with a shower and the other with a water massage tub. The large French windows and balcony overlook the private garden and terrace.
