Villa Mattutina is an excellent base for discovering the cultural and artistic wonders of the Venice Lido and is just a few minutes from some of the most fascinating attractions of the town and the surrounding lagoon, such as the Venice Film Festival.
The Villa and its history
Our holiday home on the Venice Lido was built in 1911, according to the canons of the Art Nouveau style, by the architect Giovanni Sardi. The enchanting garden full of trees and flowers, which surrounds the villa on all sides, offers a real oasis of peace and tranquillity.
Our villa also has a spacious terrace, where you can have lunch outdoors and relax away from the sun's glare. Services
Our enchanting Venetian villa is a villa in the true sense of the word, with a fully equipped kitchen, study, dining room, living room with two sofa beds and of course a bathroom.
The elegant entrance with its wrought-iron railings, typical of Art Nouveau, leads to the first floor, where there are two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite with a shower, the other with a jacuzzi.
From the large French windows and balcony, each of our guests can admire the beauty of the garden around the villa.
